They are searching for a Project Design Manager who has been involved with large capital projects managing EP teams on design, with experience in scope, cost and schedule management who ideally have worked in pharmaceutical projects. You would need to have API project experience and ideally hold a project management certificate.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Design team from client side (engineering by External EP).
• Ensure EP are prioritizing and delivering on scope per construction schedule need.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Partner with EP, CM & CQ and other disciplines on the planning and execution of scope.
• Monitor the performance of the Design team (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and performance baseline.
• Interface with other disciplines & stakeholders to ensure the project meets business needs.

Main Requirements:

• Design Management experience for large capital projects
• Experience managing EP teams on design
• Experience of scope, cost, and schedule management
• Experience of large budget Pharmaceutical projects
• API experience (Ideal)
• Project Management Certificate (Ideal)
