Junior Market Intelligence Analyst

We are looking

for a Junior Market Intelligence Analyst to focus on competitor analysis and industry trends. You will analyze marketing strategies, acquisition models, and product updates while staying on top of global health and wellness trends. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decisions and enhance Kilo products.

Get ready to

• Analyze competitors' marketing approaches, acquisition models, selling points, and product changes
• Constantly monitor worldwide trends and performance in the health & wellness industry and make actionable summaries
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, and identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operations
• Continuously look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and provide better value to the Kilo products
• Constantly share actionable insights with the leadership marketing and product teams on trends in the industry
  
  

We expect you to

• Be an ad creative detective and find what’s hot in the area of the health and wellness industry
• Have attention to detail: be able to ensure accuracy and consistency in the tasks
• Have excellent communication skills: be able to gather and share important information with stakeholders
• Be a ground for new worldwide hits in the industry, especially in trends, digital, and physical products or services
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 1100 - 1900 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
