Android Engineer

Salt is currently hiring an Android Developer for a client of ours in Amsterdam.

The role is a freelancer role, paying 100 euros an hour for 9 months.

The need is for self-starters who are great at solving problems, initiate solutions and discussions and are not afraid of solving challenges due to large scale.

5+ years of experience as a Developer with Java and/or Kotlin and other languages;

At least 3 years of this experience must be from working with the Android SDK;

Strong interaction and design sense, excellent attention to detail;

Experience with automated testing and deployment of Android apps;

Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments;

Self-starter, highly motivated, team-player.

Bonus points for:

Experience with Google Play Store & Apps Distribution Process;

An approved Play Store app;

Experience with server-driven UI framework development;

Experience working with A/B testing;

You have an intrinsic curiosity in technological innovations and you are always on top of the latest trends.
