Tech Stack

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology/IT Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in developing Android mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, clean architecture, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus but not required).
• A proactive, opinionated, and collaborative personality that thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Depending on your level of experience, you will:

• Participate in standups and refinements.
• Write and review code, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement best practices.
• Write and maintain comprehensive tests.
• Manage releases and support architects as needed.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Interview Process

1. Resume Review: If your application aligns with the role, we’ll schedule a (video) call with our tech recruiter. In the last 15 minutes of the call, our Tech Lead for Android will join to answer in-depth technical questions.
2. Technical Assignment: Complete a take-home assignment to showcase your programming style and approach.
3. Technical Discussion: A relaxed 1-hour chat to discuss the assignment, your experiences, and day-to-day technical topics (no preparation needed).
4. Final Chat: Meet with the Head of Tech for a 30-minute conversation about the team’s direction and ambitions.
