JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting user-centric experiences. Your role will bridge business goals, complex technical concepts and intuitive designs, ensuring products are both functional and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that facilitate seamless user experiences.

• Researching, ideating, sketching, prototyping, and conducting user testing for digital solutions.
• Identify and solve design challenges with innovative, user-centered solutions.
• Embrace an iterative design process, rapidly testing and improving your work to deliver high-quality results.

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing excellence with practical solutions.

Hard skills:

• Strong foundation in design fundamentals such as typography, Gestalt principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, and grid systems;
• Experience working with Design Systems;
• Experience working with Figma and Miro;
• Ability to defend and justify UX decisions made throughout the process;
• Conduct workshops with users and stakeholders;
• Identify new product improvement opportunities;
• Elevate the quality of the product and the team with quality and elegant visual design;
• Understand information architecture concepts and interaction design theories, such as heuristics:
• Build handoff documentation;
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes for medium-complexity flows;
• Review implemented work for design Quality Assurance & test designed flows;
• Ability to work with different teams simultaneously;
• Ability to collaborate with other designers in the team to maintain consistency across all platforms .
