We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Porto. This is a key position for a professional with a strong background in risk management and cybersecurity, who will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's security posture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for handling production incidents, risk assessments, and ensuring the implementation of necessary remediation actions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and provide support to key internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Centralize and monitor all production incidents, classifying them based on criticality (high, medium, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze incidents, identify historical trends, and assess the impact based on financial, regulatory, and human factors.
- Document and critically evaluate historical incidents, detailing the root cause, risk implications, outcomes, and the corrective actions taken.
- Track and follow up on the implementation of action plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Support internal teams such as the Inspection Générale and LoD2 (Lines of Defense) in their requests.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports to top management on historical incidents, actions taken, and risk management progress.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and IT regulatory frameworks, ensuring all risk scenarios are properly assessed and managed.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Risk Management: Solid understanding of risk management practices, including identifying, alerting, and recommending remediation for various types of risks.
- Risk Analysis: Ability to anticipate, analyze threats, and create risk scenarios to address emerging cybersecurity challenges.
- Risk Opinion: Capacity to evaluate and challenge new activities and projects, providing insightful risk assessments and approvals.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and cybersecurity regulations, ensuring company practices align with current regulatory standards and frameworks.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, best practices, and standards, and their application in protecting organizational assets.
- IT Proficiency: Broad understanding of IT systems, key processes, assets, and solutions essential to cybersecurity management.
Language Skills:
- English: Advanced proficiency required, with strong communication skills to report to top management and collaborate with international teams.
