Role Overview:

We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst (IT) to to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by cutting-edge technology and high-performance teams.

What you will do:

• Ensuring that the backlog is fed in line with the Product Owner's role and responsibility;
• Promoting the assertive writing of User Stories, contributing critically to the definition of solutions that respond to business needs and provide value;
• Promote a clear and complete understanding of the requirements and value propositions for the Organization;
• Have an E2E vision of the quality of what is delivered.

What you are like:

• Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of techniques for preparing User Stories will be valued;
• Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• knowledge of English is not required;
