šŸ”ŽWe are looking for an Data Leakage Prevention/monitoring Analyst


MAIN TASKS:


  • Analyzing events and investigating possible security incidents involving sensitive data.
  • Identifying and suggesting good practices to improve the effectiveness of the DLP system.
  • Collaborating with the control team and revising security policies.
  • Functional and technical support, including managing exceptions and permissions in the DLP system.
  • Producing periodic reports (dashboards) and monitoring entities in the backlog.
  • Contributing to raising employee awareness of good security practices.


YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, or data protection roles (internships or first job experiences in these areas are welcome).
  • Knowledge of DLP solutions, cybersecurity frameworks, and risk management best practices is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Data Leakage Prevention tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT security incidents management.
  • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and manage access rights, exceptions, and DLP policy updates.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is valued.
  • English: Advanced level – mandatory for daily interactions and reporting.
  • French: Advanced level – mandatory, as you will work closely with French-speaking teams.
  • Hybrid role based in Porto
