Naturally, we work in close partnership with the Tire Research and Development team to ensure the solutions we build help the Tire team be the most efficient and effective it can be.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d) you will be part of the Digitalization & Infrastructure team of the Field Intelligence department, whose goal is to unleash the potential of the tire performance data collected in our field tests. The team is the key driver in the digitalization how data is collected, handled, and analyzed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the department's data driven strategy.
• Dashboard Development & Data Preparation:
• Design and create dashboards for data quality monitoring, management overviews and other business relevant topics using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Collaborate with domain experts to define KPIs and implement the corresponding processes to monitor them.
• Connect and transform existing data sources using tools like KNIME, SQL or Python to create reliable and efficient data sources for further analysis.
• Discover additional sources of data and incorporate these into de department's data pool.
• Document processes, data flows and dashboard functionalities. Provide the necessary training for the colleagues using the dashboards.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyzing business related data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Process Improvement & Digitalization:
• Develop and implement digital automated solutions to replace manual processes.
• Optimize existing processes and contribute to the development of new workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• Experience in Data Analytics and/or data evaluation and interpretation;
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI);
• First experience with interactive analysis tools like KNIME, Alteryx;
• Familiarity with Python is an advantage;
• First exposure to project management is a plus;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Fluent in English.
