Digital Designer (Intern)

In Craft we are looking for a Digital Designer (Intern), eager to be part of a young, dynamic and fast growing team, as well as with the ability to work in a multinational client environment.

Integrated in the online team, you will collaborate on the strategy and design of different digital projects, from conceptualization, development of first sketches to the supervision of the project throughout its development process.

We expect a creative, enthusiastic and independent profile with certified studies in Design and an online environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing the design production of digital assets for campaigns across various channels (banners, emails, landing pages, social ads).

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of design assets.

• Ensure that digital materials meet client and campaign specifications, maintaining quality and consistency.

• Take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of assigned design projects, adhering to deadlines and project guidelines.

• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure brand consistency.

• Work under the guidance of senior designers and team leads to ensure technical accuracy and high-quality deliverables.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge and a good understanding of the different digital channels & Social Media Marketing Digital & Web for Multichannel Campaigns. Display banners, Emailings, Landings, Social Ads.
• Complete Knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator and After Effects.
• Strong visualization skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other designers.
• And above all, a passion for digital and a positive, self-managing and results-focused attitude.
• Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and solution focused
• Well organized and efficient, and a demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good level of English will be desired
