Node.JS Fullstack Developer

• Contributing to establishing solid engineering processes that help us deliver solid and maintainable software.
• Being a role model and influencing others in taking ownership of product development from the design phase to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentoring the teams, being a technical role model, and being able to popularize, defend, and reevaluate technical decisions.
• Working with the product team to define requirements, identify risks, and draft technical solutions.
• Driving collaboration across teams on system-wide parts like platform tooling, common libraries, integrations, etc.
• Shaping the technical organization by being a go-to person for technical decisions.

• 4+ years of experience with Node.js.
• In addition to technical skills, we aim for someone used to working in a team, who is enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge, teaching and mentoring their peers, and understanding the value in others being heard.
• The desire to have a large impact in the engineering organization, scaling up from an individual contributor to a multiplier.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies. We use JavaScript frameworks like Node, Express, NestJS, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, and AWS. Most of our colleagues are what’s known in the industry as T-Shaped developers. They are well-versed in either the backend or frontend and knowledgeable enough in other areas to get the job done.
