We are currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Romania. You will build and support a suite of applications written in a variety of technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects, including UI development, backend services, and database development. Your skills will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation and continued improvement of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack solutions using .NET C# for the backend and Angular for the front end.
• Database Management: Work with MongoDB and/or SQL databases to design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Cloud Integration: Develop and deploy applications on a cloud platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices, including code reviews and testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Agile Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Mentorship (Senior Level): Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in .NET C# development.
• Proficient in front-end development using Angular (not a hard requirement).
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and/or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Solid experience working within an Agile framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks or libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory compliance is an advantage
