Master Data Specialist

Your tasks

Create, maintain, and ongoing update of master data records (e.g., customer, vendor) within the cutting-edge ERP systems, including MS Dynamics Navision and Dynamis 365 Business Central.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency of data through proactive and routine data cleansing initiatives.
Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams (e.g., operations, accounting) to guarantee data alignment with operational systems, promoting operational efficiency.
Proactively monitor and resolve data discrepancies, liaising with stakeholders to swiftly address and rectify issues, ensuring accurate bookings.
Play a pivotal role in supporting system migration, upgrades, and implementation projects by ensuring the meticulous handling of data to facilitate seamless transitions.
Uphold compliance with pertinent regulations and industry standards, particularly regarding data privacy and protection.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or an expected degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in master data management, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Business Central Navision being a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/ reporting tools.
Strong communication skills in English are mandatory, both written and verbal. Any other language (e.g., French, German) being advantageous.
