For this position, candidates must be an EU resident or live in The Netherlands, since we do not offer relocation budget.

How do you do this?

As a Junior Network Engineer, you will be an integral member of the InfraNetwork team, working alongside experienced professionals. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in managing and supporting our network infrastructure, while you learn to tackle various network-related tasks and challenges:

• Assist in maintaining the network environment and ensure its optimal performance.
• Provide support for network-related issues and contribute to daily network management tasks.
• Participate in on-site support across locations within the Netherlands.
• Help organize meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Support vendor interactions and assist in maintaining supplier relationships.
• Collaborate on implementing network designs and solutions.
• Ensure activities are conducted in line with established processes and policies.
• Learn and develop as a point of contact within the organization for network-related queries.
• Willing to work stand-by shifts

Be the true you

• A completed ICT-related education at MBO or HBO level.
• A strong willingness to learn and acquire relevant certifications (such as CCNA).
• Some experience or understanding of network management and security concepts.
• Good analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols and Cisco Networking is advantageous.
