Software Development Engineer (.NET Full Stack)

What are my responsibilities?

• Software development activities for industrial automation product development projects
• Software design, implementation, unit tests, module tests, debugging and release tasks in a multi-site, international software development environment
• Architecture & Technology investigation
• Producing frequent, high quality project deliverables
• Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines
  
  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical and electronics engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven 2+ years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in C# programming language
• Proficiency at least in one of the front end frameworks (Angular, React or Blazor)
• Strong JavaScript, Typescript, HTML and CSS skills
• Excellent command of English
• Strong knowledge in object oriented programming, analysis, and design
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Passion for developing a simple, clean, and attractive code
• Committed to following development best practices
• Strong problem solving and analytical & research skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Eager to learn Industrial Automation domain knowhow and Siemens specific technologies
• Nice to have; familiarity with Industrial Automation domain, experience in .NET MAUI
