Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automation software, focusing on backend systems and usability.
• Develop scalable, secure workflows using Go (Golang), Temporal, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance storage automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve performance for large-scale data systems, particularly PostgreSQL, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Establish observability for tools and services using frameworks like OTel + ELK, delivering actionable insights.
• Support API development aligned with OpenAPI 3.0 and REST best practices.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, focusing on data privacy, security, and sustainability.

Your Expertise

• 5+ years of professional experience with Go (Golang) and modern engineering practices.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Ansible) and security tools such as HashiCorp Vault.
• Knowledge of API design, authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0), and tools like Kong API Gateway.
• Proven track record in Agile environments, including TDD and DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with data regulations, cyber security standards, and practices for scalable architectures.
• Strong communication skills to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid global team.
