How will you make an impact in this role?

• As the Product Manager for Business Banking Digital Tribe, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of digital transformation of Business Banking. You will drive the development of innovative digital products and features that delight our customers and differentiate us from our competitors.
• Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that our digital products are aligned with business objectives and meet customer needs.
• Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the ING’s overall business banking goals and objectives.
• Understanding of commercial financing
• Good understanding of product decision-making triggers and experience creating strategies to respond to them
• Leads processes for demand and project prioritization and resource management
• Leads Business Banking Digital Squads to ensure that all digital products and services are competitive, profitable and meet the needs of our customers.
• Conducts market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for new digital products or services
• Works closely with the technology team and UX/ UI design teams to ensure that digital products are developed on time, within budget and meet the needs of customers.
• Monitors and analyze digital product performance and customer feedback and make recommendation for improvements and enhancements.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact our digital products and services.
• Acts as a liaison between various teams within the bank to ensure smooth product development launch and ongoing support.
• Discuss & convince other product teams and leaders to sell product vision, roadmap and ideas
• Defines product direction based on the ING Strategy. Responsible for the WHAT a product team does; represents the business stakeholders.
• Oversees the product (end-to-end) vision and defines the roadmap of the product to maximize business value through ordering and prioritization of the Product Backlog under consideration of relevant stakeholder needs.

Qualifications;

• +6 years of experience (experience in Product or IT Business Analysis role is preferable)
• Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; with a track record of gaining consensus for product strategies
• Pragmatic, direct approach and a track record of solving problems and implementing solutions in a highly matrixed business environment
• Strategic thinker and self-starter with strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, excel in a complex fast paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands while maintaining high standards of personal excellence/integrity
• Ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and develop recommendations to influence senior leadership
• Strong customer focus, the ability to view issues from a customer lens
• Solid understanding and experience in enterprise level agile methodologies
• Experience in IT delivery, understanding software delivery life-cycle and engineering practices
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varied backgrounds.
• Is accountable for risk and privacy & compliancy mitigation of business and operational risks for the products in scope.
• Is accountable for asset and data & contractual ownership. Guarantees the functionality and quality of applications in scope
• Effective conflict management skills.
