Project Description:

You will be part of the Team tasked to transform and equip a large Manufacturer with digital solutions, skills and knowledge to strengthen World Class Manufacturing for competitive advantage. You will be responsible for activities that exploit the new possibilities offered by generative AI and ML solutions to assist internal employees as well as customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.

• Deploy machine learning models into production environments.

• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6 + years of relevant working experience, advantageous if in an international environment;
• Data Analysis, Statistical Data Models, Machine Learning Models;
• Excellent knowledge of traditional and State-of-the-Art Machine Learning algorithms (incl TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn), including Deep Learning and statistics;
• Deep knowledge in statistical and visualization packages;
• Excellent programming skills in Python;
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas and NumPy
• Solid knowledge of Spark
• Experience in working with distributed systems;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• experience in Manufacturing; experience with GenAI
• Experience with deep learning and neural networks.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.

English: B2 Upper Intermediate
