As we continue to grow and expand our footprint, we are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Account Executive to join our sales team.
Job Description
- Manages the middle of the sales pipeline with a focus on the PoC (Proof of Concept) process.
- Organizes and tracks the PoC development journey.
- Collects customer feedback throughout the PoC and post-sales process.
- Manages Partnership relationships, including B2B2B sales and sales through distributors.
- Develops relationships with new and existing customers and drives strategy across the organization
- Implement the plan to meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Pipeline partnerships - Leveraging support organizations including Marketing, Solutions Team, Partners and channels to drive pipeline to assigned region.
- Establishing a connection between the company and the brands it works with
- Product development in line with brands' marketing and communication plans
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and able to work directly with key customers
- Ability to plan, organize and manage end-to-end projects with diverse cross-functional teams with a focus on solutions
- Familiarity with AI, technology trends, and startup environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to successfully execute projects with a wide variety of people at all decision-making levels.
- Good understanding of business and sales mission and roles
- Excited to grow together
- Experience working with senior and executive level clients is a plus
- Excellent understanding of social platform publishing tools, dynamics, rules and regulations and moderation approaches is a plus
- Experience in a tech company, start up or SaaS company is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
