Project Coordinator – Renewable Energy
Location: Norway (Onsite only)

My client, a globally recognised service provider for the renewable energy industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning Lifting Appliances and Life-Saving Appliances, with a focus on the traditional energy, maritime, and growing wind energy sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead and manage individual projects within the oil & gas, maritime, and wind sectors.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Optimise internal resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop and refine work instructions and work order packages based on processes and technical details.
Conduct and facilitate project risk reviews to mitigate potential issues.
Maintain document control and ensure timely delivery of project documentation.
Act as an ambassador for the client, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Support the quotation and tendering process, contributing to project bidding success.
Identify new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
Commercial & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with designated customers.
Enhance revenue by improving customer retention and optimising pricing models.
Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to drive growth and secure additional business.
Leadership & Team Building
Foster a customer-oriented and collaborative mindset within the team.
Support the development of a motivated, cohesive, and high-performing team.
Provide guidance to technical personnel as needed, with the potential for direct reporting responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills
A technical degree, Bachelor's in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (relevant experience may compensate for a lack of formal education).
Fluency in Norwegian (oral and written) and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with Lifting Appliances, Life-Saving Appliances, or relevant rules and regulations is a plus.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects/orders simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in project coordination or management.
Understanding of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) considerations.
