Role Overview:

• Lead the development and evolution of a platform.
• Work with technologies like Go, AWS, microservices, Cassandra, and Timescale DB.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a talented engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to defining and maintaining a long-term strategic roadmap for the platform.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in Go and cloud-native technologies (AWS).
• Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams and defining tech strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex, fast-evolving industries.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
