Our challenge

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI Developer with expertise in Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces for web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user interactions.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop user interfaces using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Lead and manage the UI/UX design team at Synechron to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
• Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.

Requirements:

You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI Developer with a focus on Angular applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Angular frameworks (e.g., Angular 2+, Angular Material).
• Extensive experience in UI/UX design, including designing web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to conduct user research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.

It would be great if you also had:

• Banking/ Financial experience
