What You’ll Do

• Design and Develop – Build and enhance features for applications and services.
• Ensure Reliability – Work with the team to maintain system stability and uptime.
• Scale Infrastructure – Develop infrastructure that performs efficiently at scale.
• Write Clean Code – Deliver maintainable, testable, and high-quality code.
• Code Reviews – Review implementations, provide feedback, and drive system improvements.
• Collaborate and Innovate – Engage in technical discussions, drive architectural decisions, and partner with stakeholders to align strategies.
• Optimize and Automate – Enhance system performance, automate deployments, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Support and Monitor – Join on-call rotations to ensure production stability and continuous monitoring.
  
  

What You Bring

• Education – BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience – 6+ years developing scalable backend services.
• Languages – Strong skills in Java and Node.js.
• API Development – Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Cloud Expertise – Hands-on experience with AWS (CloudFront, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, IAM, EC2, CloudWatch).
• Problem-Solving – Proven track record of addressing issues in production environments.
• CI/CD Pipelines – Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, or Spinnaker.
• Testing – Solid background in unit and integration testing.
• Agile Practices – Comfortable working in Agile environments.
• Security and Networking – Strong understanding of best practices.
• Terraform – Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code.
• Observability – Proficiency in OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
