Role Overview:
Join AI Design and Research to design innovative, inclusive web and AI experiences in search, maps, advertising, and news. Collaborate to create user-centered solutions that align with Fluent Design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from ideation to implementation.
- Design user-focused, accessible experiences aligned with business goals.
- Develop solutions for complex user journeys and evolve design systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related fields.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Expertise in interaction design, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Strong communication skills and UX research knowledge.
- Portfolio showcasing design or research case studies required.
Years Of Experience:
- Interaction design, Visual design, User research 2-3+ years
- Design prototyping and visual design in Figma, User research, Wireframing/sketching 3+ years
- Figma design software (1+yrs), UX/Product design (3+yrs), Visual design (3+yrs)
Salary Range: CAD $90,000 - $100,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
