Role overview

At CAST AI, we work in a flat structure that encourages open communication and collaboration across all levels. Given our cross-team structure, you will be working with top-tier professionals and have the opportunity to shape different parts of our product.

In this position, you’ll:

• Manage a fast-growing codebase, ensuring it's flexible, testable, and performant
• Learn best practices for Kubernetes and other DevOps practices
• Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, product, and sales teams to bring designs to life
• Contribute to the design process and actively participate in developing and maintaining our design system
• Provide and seek feedback from fellow engineers and cross-functional team members to foster continuous improvement.
  
  

We are looking for a person with common sense who would be willing to expand their knowledge beyond frontend development and would be happy to learn more about Kubernetes and DevOps.

Requirements

• Experience with any JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue
• At least 5 years of production-grade application experience
• Strong understanding of front-end development and eagerness to expand knowledge into Kubernetes and DevOps areas
• Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with a design system.
