An Interface Manager plays a crucial role in complex projects, especially in industries like construction, engineering, oil and gas, and infrastructure development. This role focuses on managing and coordinating the interactions and communication between different stakeholders, teams, and departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Responsible for stakeholder management and ensuring effective communication between all involved parties.
• Coordinate interfaces between various construction packages and external works carried out by third parties.
• Manage interfaces covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Organize, lead, and minute interface coordination meetings at agreed intervals to maintain dialogue with stakeholders.
• Facilitate agreements on key interface decisions during meetings.
• Prepare and submit a monthly Interface Report to the Client, summarizing interface activities and progress.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• General Experience in Marine Civil Works (Shore Protection and/or Jetty Installation and/ or Dredging works) is required.
• Previous stakeholder management experience of working in port environment would be advantageous.
• Experience of monitoring progress and sequence of works ensuring the critical path interfaces between various contractors are highlighted and carefully monitored against the approved programs.
