Senior Frontend Developer (React.js)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our talented and dynamic seed-stage team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative product and bring it to production by implementing advanced canvas manipulation techniques to create a scientifically-accurate measurement interface using HTML Canvas.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Strong experience with HTML Canvas and implementing complex visualizations or measurement tools
Solid understanding of Postgres and experience integrating frontend systems with backend databases
Proven track record of building scalable and interactive web applications
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenging tasks
Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute to team discussions and decisions
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js
Implement advanced HTML Canvas techniques to create precise measurement tools
Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with Postgres-powered systems
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth deployment and production readiness
Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and high code quality
Work with designers and product managers to translate requirements into functional and appealing frontend components
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in frontend development to continuously enhance the product
