  • *2+ years of Information Security experience.
  • *2+ years direct or equivalent experience in areas of penetration testing, and application/infrastructure security.
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
  • Experience performing host, network, and web application penetration tests
  • Scripting experience with the ability to develop custom scripts, exploits, and tools.
  • Experience with common penetration testing tools and techniques.
  • Experience developing detailed reports that can speak to multiple audience types.
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Thorough understanding of networking including TCP, UDP ports and remote access services.
  • Thorough understanding of CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures System).
  • Thorough understanding of CVSS Base 2 & Base 3 scoring systems.
  • Familiar with the Metasploit framework and Kali Linux OS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong interest in customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with the Open-Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM), the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience creating technical reports with the necessary information to mitigate the discovered vulnerabilities.
