What You’ll Do:

As the Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform, which includes:

• Fullstack Development: Collaborating on architecture and building a scalable platform using our tech stack: MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Feature Delivery: Working in agile cycles to deliver and test core features, ensuring a seamless UX/UI experience for users.
• Pilot Launch: Leading the development for our pilot version, onboarding early users, and iterating based on feedback.
• Integrations: Designing and implementing integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Founder and our CTO advisor to align on product vision and technical goals.
• Mentorship: Establishing a strong engineering culture and potentially mentoring or onboarding new team members as we scale.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated individual with:

• Backend Expertise: Strong backend development experience with a product-focused mindset.
• Fullstack Experience: Proficiency in MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• UX/UI Awareness: Ability to collaborate with designers (e.g., Figma) to build user-friendly interfaces.
• Startup Mindset: Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and tackling ambiguous problems.
• Ownership: A proactive approach to solving problems, taking initiative, and delivering results.
• Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with a non-technical founder and advisors.
• Success Metrics: Your success in this role will be measured by:
