Requirements:

Qualifications: We're seeking a degree-qualified professional in surveying or a construction-related discipline, ideally holding membership in a relevant institute such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, CIBSE, MIET, or APM. A relevant Health & Safety qualification IOSH, NEBOSH and NVQ. IOSH courses is essential,

Experience: Expertise in managing Hard Services and FM projects, ranging from £1K to £2 million, will be truly valued! We're seeking a driven professional with a robust understanding of construction phases and a proven ability to establish a compelling vision, inspiring and empowering others towards a shared goal. You should excel in planning comprehensive project programmes, adeptly capturing and analysing stakeholder briefs to ensure all user requirements are meticulously met. Your talent for determining project timelines, identifying interdependencies, and accurately estimating activity durations will be crucial in driving project success.

Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies Agile (PRINCE2/APM), budgeting, and resource allocation. Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; well-organised with excellent time management.

Key Points:

• Must come from a FM background with construction PM experience
• Understanding of PFI /Education contracts would be greatly appreciated
• Mobile Role: Covering London Southbank University campuses, with occasional UK travel.
• DBS Screening: Must pass enhanced DBS check.
