Your role

Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in how AI is leveraged in a corporate environment, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to

• design, prototype, build and maintain data pipelines
• experiment with the latest AI techniques on top of our Knowledge Graph
• work closely with a global team of researchers, engineers, and business analysts on building innovative data solutions
• establish strong working relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders across UBS
  
  

Your team

You will join UBS Group Technology and support the implementation of a micro-service back end to our Enterprise Knowledge Graph to make a step change in the we deal with data in the bank.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• analytical skills and a data driven mindset
• know-how gained from experience (internship or similar) in Python development
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
