We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a UI/UX Designer to join our team until April 2026. As part of the Web Marketing Team, you’ll bring a passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to challenge the status quo. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in creating user-focused designs for digital platforms, including web, mobile, apps, and other touchpoints.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Melbourne CBD office.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Knowledge of the telco industry
- 2+ years’ experience in UX/UI design
- Skilled in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
- Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience in app design and prototyping for Apple/Android
- Background in website optimisation, CRO, SEO, and analytics
- Proficient in user research, journey mapping, and UX methods
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs
- Eye for detail and best-practice design principles
- Experience with responsive design across devices
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Think strategically and lead solutions
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Adapt quickly to change
- Conduct user research to understand needs and pain points
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to test ideas
- Design visually appealing interfaces aligned with our brand
- Map user journeys and design UX across web, mobile, and app platforms
- Run user testing sessions to gather feedback and improve designs
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation
- Prepare design specs and documentation for consistency
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and tools
- Monitor web analytics to identify opportunities
- Perform other tasks as needed
