Senior Project Manager // MarTech (AEM)

Our client is a well-known company in the Aviation sector, looking for a dynamic and strategic MarTech Project Manager to join their team. The MarTech Project Manager will oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms to support marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of marketing technologies, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for MarTech initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Act as the primary liaison between marketing, IT, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Facilitate communication and training for end-users to ensure successful adoption of MarTech solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented technologies to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to the marketing tech stack.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies.
• Maintain documentation for project workflows, system integrations, and data management practices.

Requirement:

• 6-8 years of experience in project management, within MarTech projects - A MUST
• Strong knowledge of MarTech tools such as Adobe - A MUST.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
