We invite a proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in creating innovative fintech products for a top payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. In this role, you'll leverage your skills and expertise to help build a unified platform that connects three applications designed to streamline and speed up the onboarding process for new customers.

• 4+ years of BA experience, strong knowledge of methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and using prioritization techniques
• Skills in strategic planning, discovery, and product roadmap development
• Proficiency in Scrum and story point estimation
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple apps
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Proactivity, autonomy, and strong decision-making abilities
  
  
  

Desirable:

• Experience with Salesforce integration
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology

In this role, you'll collaborate with an experienced team to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure seamless integrations for a brand-new platform designed to streamline customer onboarding.

• Gather, identify, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Define and manage the product backlog for the team, prioritizing tasks effectively
• Act as a communication link between stakeholders and the development team
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives and user needs
• Analyze and simplify complex business processes to improve efficiency
• Support the development team in translating business needs into technical solutions
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and status
