Senior UX/UI Designer

A client of mine based in Belgium is looking Senior UX/UI Designer for a 5 year contract with minimum 6 years experience and having worked on at least 3 large projects being minimum a year each. Below is what you will be required to do.

-Contribute to the development Design System - Analyse user experiences, wishes and bottlenecks by setting up and carrying out user experience tests.

-Propose improvement plans based on the results of experience tests.

-Coordinate user experience initiatives from concept to implementation.

-Translate all kinds of concepts into navigation structures, information architecture, functional descriptions and develop proposals for prototypes, wireframes and models.

You will be the direct contact with end users and stakeholders and will you advise your colleagues (developers, analysts, etc.) in the field of user experience.

Technical Skills Required

-Higher education in graphic design (minimum bachelor's degree).

- Fluent in Dutch or French and very good knowledge of experience

-User experience Design & Research certificate

-Digital Accessibility certificate

- Scrum certificate - (M) At least 6 years of professional experience with UX/UI design projects in at least 3 larger projects (>1 year).

-Knowledge and hands-on experience with UX research methods and tools.

-Knowledge and hands-on experience with UX Design
