Business Information Security Officer

We are hiring for a Business information Security Officer based at Brussels location.

As a Business information Security Officer you will be the Point of Contact for the business units for all Security related issues they will have and for supporting them in implementing the security by design principle.

The BISO will also assist the business in performing Risk assessments and elaborating requirement in mitigating the risks.

You will also be assisting the CISO in the GRC part (Reviewing polices, elaborating or finetuning procedures/processes (Like SDLC).

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a number of Security projects (IAM, PAM, ....)

In time of crisis of incidents you will work together with the whole team to solve the issue.

As BISO you are the POC for business and reports directly to the CISO

You need to have a good technical background in IT Infrastructure (FW, Proxy, DNS, AD, ...) and knowledge on Hyper Converged Infrastructure and SDDC is an advantage, the same with XDR and related tools (EDR, NDR).

Essential experience :

• IT infrastructure (FW, Proxy, DNS, AD, ...) 8 years / 7 years
• Project Support (advices on Security topics / Security by design) 4 years
• Proven Experience with BCP / DRP in IT & OT
• Proven experience with Risk Assessment Frameworks (EBIOS,...)
• Proven Experience with S-SDLC implementation (processes for BIA, TPSA,overall security requirement,....)
• Proven experience in a security role or with security Standarden (ISO27001, NIST, CIS controls,..) 8 years
• Proven experience with incident response
• Fluent in Dutch or French
• Fluent in English
