Content Moderator with Italian

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

About the project:

You will be providing services for a social media platform where users create and share short videos, often set to music, covering a wide range of topics like dance, comedy, and trends. It’s known for its easy-to-use editing tools, viral challenges, and an algorithm that personalizes content based on user preferences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review videos of all sorts and understand if they go against a wide range of community guidelines.
• If the videos violate any rules, will be tagged accordingly. This will have an impact on the scope the video will reach in the platform to make sure it’s a safe place for all users, especially the younger ones.
• Besides video, Social media moderators also deal with the following topics: Audio, Comments, Links, Users, Underage, and other content.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English (at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:

• full time contract
• Base salary without accommodation (gross): 1240 €/month
• Base salary with accommodation (gross): 1040€/month
