Head of Engineering

Go Tek are currently partnered with a brand new UniFi Blockchain platform that blends TradFi & DeFi.

After recently securing over $10 million in Series A funding they are seeking to build a new team across Europe and they are now searching for a Head of Engineering.

Experience required:

• 7+ years total experience as a software engineer or related technical roles, with at least 2 years of direct line management experience.
• 2 years of experience in web3, blockchain, or crypto technologies. Strong cryptographic skills, preferably from both academic and applied backgrounds. This includes deep knowledge of Zero-
• Proficiency in either Golang, Rust, Solidity or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of developing Blockchain Applications.
• Background in contributing to and managing open-source projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching
• and mentoring.

This is a fully remote position paying up to €170,000.

NOTE - Full-Time (Service Provision Contract) working model.
