Agile Coach

MCS Group is excited to be partnering once again with an innovative technology driven Fintech organisation with offices in the UK, Ireland and Europe. The company have grown exponentially within their industry and are now ready to expand the team further. With a plethora of exciting characters and welcoming company culture, they are seeking to add an agile coach to their team on a permanent basis.

(Hybrid 2 days in office - Dublin)

Responsibilities:

• Implement Agile methodology within the organisation, starting with a single team and progressively expanding to include additional teams.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team effectiveness.
• Get stuck in to address backlog management, user story refinement, and task prioritisation to meet business objectives and customer needs consistently across teams
• Be the JIRA ninja of the organisation - Configure boards, design workflows, and ensure teams use JIRA effectively to maintain transparency and optimise efficiency.

Qualifications/experience required:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, including leading a significant Agile transformation process or project under your guidance.
• Ideally candidates would have experience of working in IT Infrastructure.
• The will and character to drive change and communicate with stakeholders of all levels
• Proficiency in the use of JIRA.
• Happy to work 2 days in the office as part of a hybrid model.

Salary / package for the next Agile Coach:

• Up to 75,000 euros per annum DOE (Reviewed annually)
