Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement BI strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with senior leadership on business objectives and data needs.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency. Oversee data governance, warehousing, ETL processes, and quality initiatives.
- Analytics Reporting: Design advanced analytics solutions, maintain dashboards, and provide actionable insights. Manage sales budgets, CRM, and market research.
- Technology: Select and implement BI tools. Stay updated on BI and analytics trends.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments and communicate data insights effectively. Promote data-driven decision-making.
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, monitor BI projects, and continuously improve BI processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in BI or data analytics within the Pharma industry.
- Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, data warehousing, OCE/VEEVA, and ETL processes. Python or R knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
