We will entrust you with:


  • Managing customer relationships by acting as the primary contact, fostering communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of customer needs
  • Driving revenue growth and retention by maximizing customer value, ensuring seamless renewals, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Resolving client issues by collaborating with internal teams to provide top-tier services 
  • Developing account strategies by creating and implementing tailored plans with specific goals, strategies, and tactics for each client
  • Monitoring account performance by tracking and analyzing sales metrics and KPIs, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
  • Gathering customer feedback and insights to inform product development
  • Contributing in developing marketing strategies and customer support initiatives to facilitate the growth of the company


You are a perfect candidate if you have:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably within the IT industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Latvian and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Solid understanding of web development concepts and processes, either from hands-on experience or as a project manager/sales representative in the field
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously


Not a must, but nice to have:


  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, analytics)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Jira
  • Multilingual capabilities to communicate with diverse client bases
  • A background in design thinking or UX/UI concepts
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
