HEAD OF GROUP IT (CIO) (F/M/D)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Head of Group IT (CIO), where you will play a significant role at the heart of transforming our IT strategy and ensuring the seamless integration of advanced technologies to position the company as a truly digital enterprise. Group IT has 280+ colleagues and is ultimately responsible for all IT aspects - Enterprise Architecture, Solution Development, Infrastructure & Operations, Cyber & Info Security, IT Governance - within all Group’s business lines.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Designing and implementing IT strategy that enables organization to run, grow and transform in a much faster but still cost-effective and secure way
• Ensuring IT delivery in complex business projects and major IT4IT initiatives
• Working closely with a range of stakeholders: business units, supporting functions, companies‘ management and supervisory bodies
• Improving governance of Enterprise IT model and increasing maturity of Agile and DevOps teams;
• Driving engineering effort of legacy systems transformation / refactoring into a modern architecture enabling autonomous operations of cross-functional agile teams
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of IT leadership experience in a large organization
• Have 5+ years of IT experience in implementing complex strategic projects, in which IT played major role
• Have proven experience to design IT strategy, enforce policies and procedures within large companies (advantageously within holding setup) meanwhile fostering entrepreneurial spirit to speed up execution
• Have strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams (including cross-functional project teams), achieve sustainable results and drive change
• Are expert in interpreting and pragmatically applying IT standards (IT4IT, COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, etc.) and the latest trends in the IT market (cloud, ML/AI, etc.)
• Have strong stakeholder management skills including clearly reporting to top management and influencing without authority
• Have solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to find a solution in complex issues
• Proficiency in English

Salary range for this position group: is 9555 to 14332 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
