Key Responsibilities

🔍 Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets to identify actionable insights that drive business decisions and product improvements.

📊 Design, implement, and optimize data models to support reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence.

💡 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and leadership) to identify key metrics and provide actionable data insights.

🛠️ Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, to provide real-time insights and data visualizations.

🔄 Monitor and analyze KPIs, suggesting improvements to optimize business performance and product offerings.

🚀 Advise stakeholders on data-driven decisions and support them with quantitative analysis for strategic planning.

📈 Mentor and train junior analysts on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

🔗 Work closely with the engineering team to ensure data pipelines are optimized for data collection, storage, and processing.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

🛠️ Technical Skills

• SQL: Proficient in writing complex queries for data extraction, manipulation, and aggregation.
• Python: Strong experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data wrangling.
• R: Proficient in using R for statistical analysis and building data models.
• Data Visualization: Expertise in using Tableau to create interactive dashboards and visual reports.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS for data storage, processing, and deployment.
• Excel: Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for in-depth data analysis and reporting.

💡 Data Expertise

• Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques, including regression analysis and A/B testing.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, classification) using scikit-learn.

🔧 Experience

• Proven experience in automating reports, building dashboards, and delivering business intelligence solutions to monitor key metrics.
• Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

🌍 Language Skills

• Fluency in German preferred.
• English speaking
