HR Generalist - Manufacturing - Dublin

MCS Group is delighted to have been chosen to exclusively partner with a growing manufacturing organisation in Dublin, as they look to add an HR Generalist to their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role:

This is a newly created opportunity within this growing organisation.

In this role, you will provide expert guidance on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary processes. You will also proactively manage employee relations, support staff development, and lead succession planning to foster and retain high-potential talent.

It is essential that the successful candidate has hands on experience working in an Irish organisation with extensive Irish legislation experience.

The main responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide HR advice, guidance and best practice in line with employment legislation.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Administering recruitment processes, including advertising, liaising with agencies where appropriate along with scheduling and supporting interviews as required.
• Management of sickness absence and attrition reporting and supporting the departments with reducing their overall sickness absences levels and increasing retention.
• Delivering training where appropriate.
• Delivery of employee wellbeing initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years previous experience at HR Generalist level.
• 3rd Level HR Qualification.
• Strong IT skills, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

What's on offer:

• €40,000 - €48,000 per annum
