AI Engineer

We are redesigning how Engineering talents interact with the job market. Stema is on a mission to transform how 10 million engineers across Europe discover and secure their next career opportunities. Recently, we secured a €1.6M investment to enhance the AI capabilities of our product.

We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer to contribute to the research and development of Stema's core product. This role focuses on building a software solution for data processing, utilizing the latest technologies in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

👉 Responsibilities

• Data Modeling: Integrate data models, optimize datasets and algorithms, and explore MLOps and ETL tools.
• ML Model Integration: Perform prompt engineering, optimize ML models via APIs, and monitor implementation performance.

👉 Requirements

• Education: Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with ML training, RAG, NLP, and prompt engineering platforms.
• Exposure to MLOps tools.

• Fully remote or hybrid (Milan-based).
