Risk Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Risk Officer (Lithuania)!

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar field, e. g., being a CCO/CRO, compliance officer, a risk analyst/officer, etc. of a CASP or a financial institution;

- Strong educational background in law, finance, economics, risk management, business administration, or a related field;

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for CASPs;

- Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;

- Deep understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technology, and associated risks;

- RO should have familiarity with technological and operational risks specific to crypto assets (e. g., cybersecurity, liquidity risks).

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present comprehensive risk management reports, participate in the drafting and implementation of risk management policies;

- Submit quarterly risk maps and annual risk management reports to company management, provide insights and recommendations on the company’s risk profile and risk management strategy;

- Manage risk reporting processes to ensure high-quality, timely submissions of risk reports aligned with corporate governance standards;

- Establish methods for managing risks undertaken by the company;

- Maintain company-wide risk assessment and operational risk assessment frameworks.

Assess breaches of risk appetite or limits;

- Ensure that recommendations on risk management are made at the relevant level, complied with, and effectively integrated into the company's operations.

Relevant certifications: Certifications such as the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) can demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
