Project

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Product Designer to join our growing team. This professional will be responsible for designing exceptional user experiences that meet our customers' needs and align them with business objectives.

Role

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify problems and create user-centered solutions;
Develop wireframes, prototypes, interfaces and user flows;
Conduct UX research to understand user needs and translate insights into impactful designs;
Work closely with product and development teams to ensure the effective implementation of designs;
Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and usage data;
Ensure consistency and adherence to style guides and brand identity.

We are looking for

Proven experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer or similar role;
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent;
Knowledge of responsive interface design and good accessibility practices;
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing;
Familiarity with agile processes and iterative development;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user-centered projects and solve complex problems.
