Job Description

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Elicit, analyze, and meticulously document detailed functional specifications and system requirements.
• Model business processes using industry-standard methodologies such as BPMN and UML.
• Develop comprehensive data models and data flows to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Design, execute, and coordinate functional tests to validate system functionality.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to a collaborative and cross-functional team environment to achieve project objectives.
• Write clear and concise user stories to capture business requirements within an Agile framework.
• Construct SQL queries to extract and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in IT Business Analysis, specifically within a development project environment.
• Solid understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and relevant analytical tools.
• Strong grasp of process modeling (BPMN), UML diagramming, process monitoring, business rules, and event-based technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and coordinating functional tests.
• Proven ability to write well-defined user stories within an Agile development framework.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including User Story Mapping and Agile tools such as Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on technical writing.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
