• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business requirements analysis, process improvement and functional specification;
• Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce;
• Experience in energy and utilities sector;
• Dynamism, proactivity and ability to work in a team;
• Customer oriented;
