OTC Desk Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to build and manage our OTC (Over-the-Counter) Desk specializing in cryptocurrency transactions. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of market liquidity, pricing strategies, and risk management in the crypto space. Your role will involve optimizing execution processes and aggregating liquidity to ensure efficient order execution across various liquidity sources, including both decentralized (DEX) and centralized (CEX) exchanges.

Liquidity Aggregation and Trade Execution:

• Identify and integrate various liquidity sources (DEX, CEX, Dark Pools, etc.) to ensure optimal trade execution
• Aggregate and route RFQ (Request for Quote) data through liquidity providers, ensuring efficient order execution with favorable spreads
  
  
  

Pricing Strategy and Risk Management:

• Develop and implement pricing models for crypto assets, considering market volatility and liquidity risks
• Manage risks through hedging, ensuring balanced and protected trades from adverse market movements
  
  
  

Arbitrage and Market Efficiency:

• Leverage arbitrage opportunities between DEX, CEX, and Dark Pools, optimizing profits through identifying price discrepancies and executing swift trades
• Develop and enhance algorithms for routing and arbitrage to maximize profits while minimizing risks
  
  
  

Technical Infrastructure:

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to improve internal platforms and trading systems, boosting the speed and reliability of trade execution
• Ensure seamless integration with liquidity providers and support a scalable infrastructure for high-frequency trading
  
  
  

Requirements

Key Competencies and Experience:

• Proven experience in the cryptocurrency industry, focusing on OTC Desk management, liquidity aggregation, and pricing
• In-depth knowledge of decentralized (DEX) and centralized (CEX) exchanges and their technologies
• Experience in market making, liquidity provision, or arbitrage strategies
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and risk management methods
• Experience with RFQ platforms, routing algorithms, and trade execution tools
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions quickly in uncertain conditions
• Technical experience with API integrations, trading bots, or similar systems
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency OTC trading, liquidity aggregation, or market making
• Advanced understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading strategies
• Experience in developing pricing models, risk management, and trade execution strategies
• Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Solana, Ethereum, and other blockchain networks
• Proficiency in both the technical and business aspects of cryptocurrency trading
